Graeme Gribbin

Mr Gribbin is a highly experienced geologist with an extensive exploration, mining and management background spanning over 25 years, across both gold and nickel projects, from greenfields exploration through to resource, project development and mining.

He has extensive knowledge of gold exploration across a diverse range of projects throughout the WA Goldfields.

Mr Gribbin held senior management positions within the North American base metals division of Vale and was responsible for leading an exploration team that contributed to a significant expansion of resource inventories within the Thompson Nickel Belt in Canada.

More recently, he was General Manager (Exploration) for formerly ASX listed Western Areas Limited. Graeme was engaged as Managing Director of Lefroy’s wholly owned subsidiary Hampton Metals Ltd in October 2022 and later identified and negotiated the successful acquisition of the Location 45 asset for the Company.

David Kelly  - Non-Executive Chairman

Mr David Kelly was appointed as Non-Executive Chairman on 1 June 2024. Mr Kelly has been involved with the Company as independent Non-Executive Chair of Lefroy’s wholly owned subsidiary Hampton Metals Ltd since July 2022 and was appointed to the Lefroy Board earlier this year on 1 January 2024.

Mr Kelly is a highly qualified geologist and mining executive with extensive gold and nickel experience across the entire value chain from exploration to development.

He has served in various senior executive roles in the resources sector for the last 30 years including as an investment banker and corporate advisor.

In addition, Mr Kelly has previously served as a director of ASX-listed companies Turaco Gold Limited, Predictive Discovery Limited, Ridge Resources Limited, Renaissance Minerals Limited and Pacific Ore Limited and is currently a Non-executive Director of Westgold Resources Ltd (ASX:WGX).

Michael Davies - Non-Executive Director

Michael is a specialist in resource financing, with over 20 years’ experience in investment banking (Barclays, BZW and ABN AMRO) originating, structuring and arranging debt and providing corporate advice to natural resources companies internationally.

Michael also has had extensive commercial experience in the mining industry having been involved in the negotiation of joint venture agreements, participating on joint venture committees and negotiating the acquisition and sale of mining tenements. Michael is also a founding Principal and Director of Taurus Funds Management Pty Ltd and a Director of NuCoal Resources Ltd and Realm Resources Ltd.

Tara French - Non-Executive Director

Tara is a geologist with 25 years’ mining and exploration experience, predominantly in Western Australia. Tara is currently Managing Director and CEO at Cazaly Resources Ltd and prior to this was General Manager of Exploration for Regis Resources Limited where she was employed for 14 years and played a key role in the transition and growth of Regis over that time.

Tara has also held positions with Nickel Australia (now Azure Minerals), WMC (Central Norseman Gold Mines), and Placer Dome and has experience in project evaluation, resource estimation, open cut and underground mining across multiple commodities including, gold, nickel, and copper. Tara holds an honours degree in Economic Metalliferous Geology and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists.

Susan Park - Company Secretary

Ms Park is a well credentialed and highly experienced governance professional with over 25 years’ experience in the corporate finance industry and extensive experience in Company Secretary and Non-Executive Director roles in ASX, AIM and TSX listed companies.

Ms Park holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia, is a Member of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants, a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Graduate Member of the Governance Institute of Australia.

She is currently Company Secretary of several ASX listed companies.

Chris Hesford  - Exploration Manager

Chris is our Exploration Manager, a highly-skilled geologist with over a decade of exploration and mining experience in the WA Goldfields. Since joining Lefroy in 2021 Chris has led several successful exploration campaigns aimed at unlocking value from the Company’s diverse portfolio of assets and been instrumental in delivering significant resource growth for the Company. Prior to joining Lefroy, Chris held senior positions at KCGM and served as the Listings Compliance Geologist at the ASX for three years. Chris has a BSc (Geology & Resource Economics) from UWA.
Honor Wilson  - Project Geologist

Project Geologist
Honor Wilson brings over five years of experience in resource definition and exploration as our Project Geologist. Her expertise spans copper-gold jurisdictions in NSW, QLD, and WA Goldfields. Prior to joining Lefroy, she spent four years at Evolution Mining, honing her skills within site-based and regional exploration teams. With a BSc in Geology from QUT, she contributes valuable knowledge and dedication.
Kristel Sarak  - Project Administrator

Since joining in 2020, Kristel has seamlessly transitioned from a field assistant to Project Administrator, primarily based in our Perth office. When out in the field, Kristel plays a vital role in preparing drill programs, processing core samples, and supporting various other field activities. Her proactive approach ensures that our operations run smoothly and efficiently, contributing significantly to our overall success.

With 16 years in exploration, Braden Hill excels as our Field Logistics Supervisor. His journey started in 2006 at Newexco, where he rose through roles like Field Assistant and Senior Field Assistant. His expertise in logistics and field operations, honed at Western Areas and IGO, ensures smooth execution of tasks from Rotary Air Blast to diamond drilling. Braden's experience and hands-on approach are invaluable to our team.
